Give us a bell before 4pm on the day so I can get your fish and chip order. The fish and chips aren't compulsary though.
I think you may have responded to the orriginal thread I put on "Folk on the water". I changed it as someone mentioned there was already a folk on the water festival.
The barge, Elsdale, is a floating classroom by day, taking kids up and down the canal. Proceeds raised from these music evenings go toward the educational work of the boat. Elsdale is also electrically powered, so no noisey engine to disturb the music.
The boat will probably stay moored up for the sing arounds. But if we get a regular crowd coming and some people are happy to go through crew safety training, we will be able to take the boat for a spin now and then.
