Sometime back in the 60's or 70's I remember seeing a guy on the Folk-scene called Mike Absalom. He sang a song called 'Hector the Dope Sniffing Hound.' Thin it went someting like - Hector the Dope Snifffing Hound Used to be seen around town With Inspectors and Pigs He was one of the bigs But a bark from that nark sent you down.
