Reading this thread has put me in mind of an Italian lullaby I used to sing for my kids when they were babies: Fa la nana, bambino Fa la nana, bambino Fa la nina, fa la nana, (not sure of the spelling of next line) Nei breceiti della mama Every baby I ever sang this to settled really quickly. If anyone can correct the words I'd be grateful - I never saw them written but only heard the song on Playschool Cheers, Quokka
