Tracey, thanks for your wonderful song. I sang it at a Kitchen Party here in Nova Scotia in November and people found it very moving despite my best efforts to mess it up. The actual truth of John Condon doesn't matter that much, the song is for all those under age boys who signed up and fought in the first world war.
