I'm overweight but hoping to get into the 'normal' category, whatever that is! by the end of the year. I have been working out now for a year next month. Since the twins were born 16 months ago I have lost 4 and a half stone and dropped from a uk size 22/24 to a uk size 14 and I feel great! I started watching my weight a month after they were born and got the ok to exercise 4 months after they arrived. I love to exercise in classes and I love to run, I take part in charity runs too so I am raising money for charity (mainly cancer charity) and getting fit at the same time!
