Wow - 50th - amazing. I still have my poster from the very first one, printed on what appears to be a brown paper! Tickets were $2 general admission or a whopping $2.50 reserved. Artists listed: The Stanley Brothers, New Lost City Ramblers, Allan Mills, Jean Carignan, Frank Warner, Frank Proffitt, Richard Chase, Roscoe Holcomb, Horton Barker, Elizabeth Cotton, Memphis Slim, Willie Dixon, Fleming Brown, George & Gerry Armstrong, Bob Atcher, Sandy Paton, Inman & Ira, Studs Terkel, Archie Green, Frank Hamilton and Al Ribback. Now that's a solid $2.00 worth!!
