I did see the robins drinking snowmelt on the cleared driveways before they moved on. We've been putting out seed, Leeneia, and even trekked out to Annapolis yesterday to replenish ---safflower in one feeder, peanuts in another, suet seedcakes, and mixed millet etc in another. Periodically the grackles mob through and push everyone else out of the way, but otherwise it's eastern juncoes, nuthatches, titmice, cardinals, a pair of mourning doves, an occasional bluejay, and the odd downy or spotted woodpecker taking turns. Richard says he's seen an eastern towhee, but I missed it. Lynn
