http://www.applian.com/flvplayer/index.php this one is free, records any sound coming through the speakers and apperently will let you save the film clips too. though i haven't tried it. just turn down the volume of what you are recording slightly to stop it distrorting on playback. i have audacity but have found a better one, but you have to pay for it. but this one is magic, one touch record and stop, the windows stays on top of everything else and you only have to put the name of the song in once..
