They also have a right to have their names withheld from the media, until the allegations against them are found to be true or not. I don't think, at the present time, that happens. I'm sure Richard will tell us where the law stands. A woman who says she has been raped has automatic anonymity granted, but this is not so for those who have been accused... Is that correct, Richard? Or has the law now been changed?
