My Calton Case was broken by Southwest Airlines on May 13, 2009. It was shipped back to Calton of Canada May 18, 2010. The entire top was to be replaced. They did not return the repaired case to me until October 1, 2010. Upon opening the box I discovered that the repaired case was defective: it had an overbite and the top and bottom did not properly align on when closed, and had to be returned to the manufacturer. I shipped it back on October 6, 2009. The representative at Calton has repeatedly failed to respond to email inquiries or return my phone calls. When I finally get him on the phone I am told that he forgot about my order.
