Vic, Robin Gray and I ran a folk club in "The Green Man" at the top of Blackheath Hill about 1965/66ish, notable among the guests was Paul Simon. The pub has long gone and is now up-market dwellings as, is the norm on Blackheath. Could this be the pub you speak of?
