It seems like there's a recording of something very much like that on a Sweet Honey in the Rock LP I lost somewhere along the line. I looked at the two CDs I have and the tapes in the car and there is nothing there that looks right, but I can hear it in my head. I think Debbie's right, it's a pretty familiar sounding blues tune once you get to it. My blues knowledge is mighty slim, though.

There's stuff in the tune I'm thinking of about drinking muddy water, sleeping in a hollow log, putting on yr walking shoes, etc. Unless I'm mixing it up with a hundred other blues tunes.
