The North Texas Irish Festival will be held on March 5-6-7 at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas; 6:00-11:00 Friday (free admission 6 to 7!), 10:30-11:30 Saturday, and 11:30-7:30 Sunday. This year the festival is featuring acts from the Canadian Maritime provinces, along with some Irish favorites. Here is the www with performer profiles and all sorts of info: http://www.ntif.org/ The DART green line is now open, so you can take the train straight to the festival and won't have to dodge the construction if you drive. Construction is also done on the lagoon so the festival will be back in the Automobile and Centennial buildings instead of being strung out like last year. I'll be pouring beer on Saturday and Sunday afternoons probably in the Centennial Building, and will cheerfully by a round for any mudcatters that come by to say hello. - Phil
