The problem i'm having with calton is their continual failure to return calls and follow-up as promised. It is absolutly the worst customer service I have ever seen. Their product is great, but they are ruining their reputation with a lack of even basic customer service. I know I'm only one of several people that i know of who have the same problem. It seems like maybe they are understaffed? A simple $10 an hour customer service rep could go a long ways to help with this problem. If they don't do something quick they will lose even more business, like they lost mine. I bought a Karura and am very satisfied with the product and the service I got from them.
