In the late 1960s & early 1970s, I remember Ruthie Gordon as a 19 year old with long brown hair. She played an acoustic guitar & sang at the opening of several Feminist Women's Health Clinics in the L.A. area. I was impressed because she knew even obscure songs from the Little Red Songbook of the Industrial Workers of the World (Wobblies). | |||
