Remember the Big Bill Campbell show very well, the door of the cabin would fly open when a new guest would come in, you could hear the wind and BBC would say "Put some more flapjacks on the fire". There was a fine yodeler as I recall. BBC was Canadian I think. Thanks for all the info. Elton Hayes, "Sweet Music and a Small Guitar" was his logo. He was very good, did a great rendition of "The Highwayman"
