Self praise is no recommendation..... and all that. Agreed. Self-Awareness is something very different however, likewise the awareness of the nature of the craft as a whole, itself the result of some 35-years of Traditional Singing. When it comes to Traditional Singing the call to do so is the first & most significant qualification. Anyone who commits themselves to the passion of the craft is worthy of attention, encouragement and acknowledgement, all of which I give with due honesty, humility and, above all, consistency.
