I agree with Tony, however, that Friday night would not be good as it would conflict with song circle, and I have a commitment to that, as do many others.

I also will be attending the Greenbank jams once a month, but after the Woods experience I want MORE, MORE, MORE.

If we can find a suitable place or places, and agree on a convenient time, I think it's an excellent idea. I have hosted song circles and other music gatherings, but as I live in a semi-detached house the thought of a jam session going into the wee hours would not be a good thing for me to contemplate.

Don't think it should be restricted only to the Woods jammers, either, but should be a vehicle for both our enjoyment and an introduction for newcomers into the etiquette of playing with others.

Tony, you mentioned using another forum for this discussion. Do you have any ideas?
