I got a case from Blue Heron cases. I don't remember the url but you can find them if you run a search engine, and also there is a link on Christine Lavin's website. (They also make guitar cases.) They're a good .5 to .75 inches thick of soft padding under a heavy water-resistant nylon with really heavy zippers. It's got a big pocket and a shoulder strap. They're based in California. There's a bit of a wait for delivery, but worth it. Rich
