Sue and I greatly enjoyed the evening, too-- David Jones was an absolute delight with his richly expressive singing, entrancing storytelling, and hilarious humour. We only wish we could have stayed for the late-night session, but our desire to indulge was trumped by our tendency towards "farmer's hours." Anybody up for a hearty singaround about 1/2 hour north of SINSULL's, to be held at our farm in Pownal? We're thinking of Friday, April 30th, roughly 6 PM - 11 PM. Proposed theme would be Agricultural balladry and Songs of the Land. Bonus for anyone who can get the cows to sing along! --Cuilionn
