Congratulations, Nigel. On reading it, did you 'learn' anything from it that you'd 'forgotten' since it was published. I ask because a friend of mine, a very-well-known singer in Oz before he died, was once asked to perform a song that he'd once recorded to much acclaim and, to his embarrassment, he admitted he'd forgotten the words. And, while I've often seen the Amazon ads that show whether a book related to the thread topic is "found" or not, the current ad above the postings on this thread (and I'm in Oz) reads Australia's Book Shop Better than Amazon.
