Maybe I WAS the neighbor from hell...I DUG a drainage ditch from our traler park yard (make that most of the park) under a fence into a stick built subdivison. I probably flooded THEM, but the whole trailer park was knee deep in water.

At least the subdivion had sewer lines to run it off.

One current neighbor has a dog they put on a chain in the front lawn and never 'scoop up' after it. The City has been notified and has been by several times, to no effect.

I'm NOT looking forward to the flies soon....or the smell when it gets really hot outside.
