The GOP is already a minority party, and they are getting highjacked by the most extreme nutjobs within their ranks. The extreme right may seem to be "resurgent" because they're making a lot of noise, amplified by plenty of media coverage, but they really don't represent many more actual votes than they ever have. Idiots like this guy are going to be winning more and more Republican primaries, only to be stomped in general elections by all but the most incompetant Dems and/or independants. I think it's great!
