I found my F-120 at a thrift shop, not a blemish. 20 years later it has never needed any kind of maintenance; fine action, fine sound, keeps in tune, no complaints. Pains me to hear how people have abused these just because they didn't pay a lot for a fancy label. Too bad. Suspect instruments made in the 70s were made to last, not fobbed off to a 3rd world sweatshop. Give it respect and you'll get it back.
