Such very sad news. I always love meeting up with Graham in Tennessee at the annual Steve Kaufman Acoustic Kamp & was so looking forward to seeing him again there later this month. I will always treasure the memory of his performance on stage a couple of years ago at Kamp of Katy Moffatt's "This heart stops...." & this news makes it so poignant. A lovely man who will be missed by many.
