Little Hawk, the courts are effectively privatised now: the richer you are, the more expensive layers you can afford and your chances of aquittal increase; and it's easier to pay the fine if you're found guilty. Joe, we see this all the time: e.g. hospitals were cleaned by their own cleaning staff who took a sort of pride in their work. Then this service was privatised: the work was given to the lowest bidder, the standard declined and the cleaners not longer had a pride in 'their' hospital. Result - why is there so much infection in hospitals these days. Goof, I hope the Treasury isn't reading that as they haven't thought of an air tax yet.
