What's the significance of the recording date for "I've Just Seen a Face"? It's certainly not the first Beatles recording ~ not in 1965. Was it perhaps the first recorded at Abbey Road studios? Or is it just that it's a song recorded on today's date?

Beatles' first US release was "I Want To Hold Your Hand"; not sure of the date, but certainly prior to my high-school graduation date of 1965. I believe that their very first single release (in the UK, of course) was "Please Please Me."

Sir Paul's "return to Shea Stadium" concert was not actually held at Shea, which had been demolished just a year earlier, but at its replacement as the new home field of the NY Mets, Citi Field, built immediately adjacent to its predecessor.
