Thank you kindly, how did you figure out those lyrics? Unless you found them written some where you're ear is on the same level as Jon W! Now I have another question though; what the Hell is he talking about? I assume shake 'em on down is slang for having sex but what does he mean by "i done stopped hollerin'" and what does "jelly" and "jelly roll" mean and what does it have to do with Georgia? I've heard a song by Guy Davis called "Geogia Jelly Roll" where it seems to be some sort of dance. And the first time I heard of Jelly in a blues song was in Oscar "Buddy" Woods' song, "Don't Sell It (Don't Give It Away)" where he says, "..I sold her some jelly I sure won't sell her no more."
Anyway THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! If you have the answers to any of the questions I just mentioned, I'd love to hear them but if not don't worry about it, you've done enough! If I can give you a hand with a song sometime feel free to e-mail me at pcbrown@interlog.com
Tanks Again,
