Does anyone really think the government is going to take any notice of what we say? This consultation, and the one about spending cuts, are just excuses for them to justify making the changes and cuts they're going to make anyway. Someone on the site has suggested they scrap the law of gravity. Someone else said scrap the law that makes it illegal for someone to marry a horse. I like these people. They are treating this 'consultation' with exactly the disregard and contempt it deserves.
