You might also work in a couple of old minstrel show three-liners: "Mistah Bones, mah dog got his nose cut off! Got his nose cut off? How's he smell? TERRIBLE!" "Mistah Bones, I had to shoot mah dog! Had to shoot yo' dog? Was he mad? Well, he wasn't exactly thrilled!"
