Do they have McBlutwurst in Germany? No, but they have McKroket in Holland. YECHHHH! Aside from the McRib being the top-selling item, the main difference between American McD and German McD is that German McD serves beer. It's not very good beer, they don't want people coming in for the beer, and it's way down at the bottom of the menu in small print, but it's avaialble if you want it.
