Leadbelly's "Fannin Street" is a tour-de-force that proves Leadbelly's worth all by itself. And there were so many more. Dave Ray recorded a very credible version of "Fannin Street" but lamented in the album notes that he was unable to achieve Leadbelly's SLOWNESS! If you mean overrated in ANY genre, I would have to name Frank Sinatra and Michael Jackson; I have no doubt that many would disagree.
