harriWattsband will be performing self penned original material blending both contemporary and traditional singer-songwriter styles in various genre. They combine sharp musical ability and considered harmonies adding a fresh slant on today's local music scene. They feature electro/acoustic guitar, electric violin, electro/acoustic bass, lead vocals and three part harmonys. harriWatts band are Yorkshires very own adopted troubadours.

Belle Collective are a young modern folk band from Hull. The band started in late 2009 and have already supported the likes of Mumford & Sons. Their debut EP "Walk slow" and website will be launched on August 12th and will be performed at Tribfest 2010.

The Creek Cats deliver a true intensity of sound in the rockabilly skiffle type genre. They have frantic vocals, driving guitar licks and melodic mandolin and banjo playing live on stage. This describes very well the intense, rhythm-driven musical style introduced many years ago but brought up to date by The Creek Cats: So relax listen and enjoy.

Jon Lawson & The Wedge
Saturday – 5.15 – 5.45
Jon Lawson a singer songwriter has been front man and excellent lead vocalist with many bands in the Hull area. The most recent being Faith an amazing covers band. He is now recording his self penned tracks for a future CD helped by various visiting guest musicians along the way. The Wedge has recently joined Jon for what is now a dynamic duo adding both guitar and vocals.

Armadillo is a collaboration of four amazing musicians from the Hull area. They have an excellent future on both the local and national music scene. They will be performing their own compositions with an array of instrumentation. Each member of Armadillo can deliver truly hypnotic vocals don't miss them. Armadillo will be performing with their two sons a truly family occasion not to be missed…they will be the youngest performers at Tribfest.

Hull Ukulele Group is Hulls answer to The Ukulele Orchestra Of Great Britain. This is their first time at Tribfest and will certainly not be their last. They have an amazing repertoire of songs and also provide the songsheets for you to sing along with them and enjoy the moment. They strum pluck and twang whilst singing and performing songs from The Beatles to The Jungle Book.

Jo Faulkner has an amazing voice singing songs from many genres and in many styles. She very competently accompanies herself on her guitar. Jo hails from Cheltenham in the Midlands where she plays with various jazz combos on the local circuit.

Val Marshall is currently doing gigs and festivals in the Yorkshire and Humber area. Val has recently performed live on the Bob Harris BBC Radio 2 show along with her band. Val's second CD called "LOVE'S GHOST" was launched on April 8th 2008 and has received airplay on many local radio stations and other national and internet radio stations.

With a unique sound and style Farino have been finding popularity and wide recognition in the busy and diverse Hull music scene. They have fused their many influences to create a show of high musicianship. With the release of their debut album "Circadian" the duo found success with a deal for European digital distribution. Farino are continuing to stun and amaze crowds with their live performances and continued musical uniqueness.

David Phillips is a singer songwriter from Lincolnshire who has already performed on stage at many festivals around the region including Humberfest and Burtonfest. He performs his own material with a few covers thrown in to keep the audience singing. He has opened for Tom Hingley from Inspiral Carpets and recently had one of his tracks played on BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

The Gang is a hull based Alternative group which comprises of three very talented young men. These young men are bonded together by their passion and love for music along with the vision of evolving the music industry within the UK. The Gang have had many opportunities to perform and each of them has been one success story after the other. The Gang see themselves as a musical entity with a lot to offer the music industry and the dream has only just begun.
