Hi Terry I looked for an e-mail address for you but 'twas all in vain. I did not intend to creep on the UK gathering thread, I was only asking for the dates. Apologies all-round. OK then, in Middlebrough, October 20 - 22 (I think), is a festival with Isla St Clair (sigh!), Hughie Jones and others. I'm not performing there, I'll just be going as a punter. You may know the organizer, he's from your neck of the woods - Richard Grainger, now known as Zorro! The weekend after October 27 - 29 is the, (5th?) Whitby shanty festival, (another Richard Grainger production). I SHOULD be singing there, but Zorro might change his mind. Hope this of help.
