Your doctor might tell you to lose weight and diet
And go out and jog every morning at five
And you might attempt to get out there and try it

Or three-layer fudge-frosted chocolate nut cake

And pull out my cookbook and calorie chart
I'll make a low-calorie, candlelight dinner

To try to relax, and to minimize stress
