My sister might need to divide her house and live in essentially a mother in law studio that has no bath. For the very basic bath..Home Depot cheaper stuff..just a shower, sink and toilet..and very basic framing..unfinished, just the plumbing..which would back up against the kitchen so it would be close.. ANyway to estimate how much? How much work is involved? I presume permits are required..this is in Washington State USA. mg
