I'm trying to come up with a list of well known or fairly well known folk singers that I can think of who have passed away. For the purpose of this thread I am only looking for artists who were primarily involved with folk or considered a folk singer although they may have played other music during their career.

These are 15 names that came to mind right away but I know there are more folkies that have left us.
