I live in NE Pa and am a member of the Folklore Society of NE Pa. We meet once a month on the first Friday of each month at a member's home and do an open sing. Attendance is anywhere from 5 to 25 folks of varying degrees of ability. We do a lot of group sing alongs as well as individual efforts and storytelling. Some of us use the Rise Up Singing book. It's a nice group of people and you're welcome to join us. This month it's in Trucksville. Send me a personal and I'll give you my phone #. If you need a ride, I might know someone who can help.
