So, it sounds to me like we should just keep blame at the feet of the parents and their parents and their parents........... I did some things at 15 that most kids from any country probably wouldn't be doing. I never blamed my enviroment. I knew what I was doing. I knew right from wrong. Two brothers 10 and 13 years older, who I saw do some terrible things. A lot agianst each other! They may have exposed me to the seeder things in life at an early age, but I had the final say! As Adler hinted, just because he was only 15, doesen't make him a child soldier!
