is mudcat a clique? is mudcat a cult? is mudcat a gang? no, of course not. newcomers are welcome at mudcat so it cannot be a clique, cult or gang. but, cliques, cults and gangs must integrate newcomers in order to sustain themselves. otherwise, they die of attrition. does mudcat support free speech? yes, as long as one does not question the motives of the leaders or the opinions or talents of the sacred cows. is mudcat a nice place? absolutely. it is wonderful as long as you do not question the party line. and to anyone offended by this message, please excuse me. i'm having a bad reaction to all the sugar on my frosted flakes and i'm out of crest toothpaste and when i try to listen to mudcat radio windows accuses me of an illegal operation and shuts me down.
