GUEST,George Stephens who's heard of Cockersdale? (56* d) RE: who's heard of Cockersdale? 21 Nov 10

My late wife, Mary LaMarca, which were smart (to paraphrase Peter Bellamy)introduced me to Cockersdale's recordings many years ago. I don't believe they're widely known in the U.S., despite our best efforts. Keith Marsden was a genius; I'll never tire of singing "Idlers and Scivers". Confoundingly, it will likely never lose its relevance.
