What you have on the link above is not the original timing of the tune. The Victorians regularised it into 3/2. The original has irregular bars of 4/2, 3/2, and 2/2, which you can see in The Oxford Book Of Carols, ed. Pearcy Dearmer, Ralph Vaughan Williams & Martin Shaw, p.44. You'll also easily be able to work out the chord structure there. Any good library should have this book. Hope this helps. Stower
