A brief note to me auld chums in 'Ull. I am making a rare pilgrimage north from the Essex marshes to do my annual gig with Bloke at the Nelthorpe Arms in South Ferriby this Saturday, 18th December. I am so proud of our name. The Collingwood clan gathered over several bottles one boozy night to come up with a name for Bloke and my combo, for the busking competition in Beverley one year last decade. They settled on an anagram of 'Law' and 'Greg'. Anyroadup, snow permitting, we shall be kicking off about 9pm on Saturday night, so if you fancy a bit of an old sing, without any carping from Oakley, who I have safely kettled in India, it would be reet good to see you. Lots of love Greg
