GUEST,Irish Guest BS: Nollaig Mhath Dhuibh ( Merry Christmas) (10) RE: BS: Nollaig Mhath Dhuibh ( Merry Christmas) 26 Dec 10

In Irish you could say " Nollaig Súgach dhuit" which, literally would mean ..."A Merry Christmas to you"   but, it wouldn't be colloquial , or " Ní bheidh sé coitíanta" in Irish.
It is better to say :-

"Nollaig fé shéan agus fé bhaisc agut" = " A Christmas of Good luck and plenty to you"

Pity it's too late for 2010 though :)
