Just came across this site ......Jack and Mavis Lee are still running a Country Music club called the Hobo's Retreat at The Reform Club,Heywood, every Thursday. At 80+years Jack still does 'a spot' of his monologues ie. The Old Dun Cow,Julius Ceasar,The Farting Contest and of course the one you are talking about is The Phantom of Balderstone Mill. I hope this now sheds some light on the whereabouts of the great couple....and of course Jack is still performing !!!!!!
