The sadly troubled, and sublimely funny Kenneth Williams, was often to be found on Radio 4. Why is it suggested that Radio 4 is middle class, maybe because it's a speech based channel, and doesn't go in for the poptrank of so many other channels. After all the last thing we need in this world of the nanosecond attention span, is something to stimulate the brain of the listener, is it?
