He was always just "The Old Quaker" when I was a kid. I think he should look a little more wrinkled than he does. Bucky Beaver sold Ipana Toothpaste. Some Crazy Bird sold 7-Up for a time. Does anyone remeber when Nesbitt's Orange went psychedelic? Jack In the Box had a psychedelic phase early in its existence. The other kids got Brillcream but I got Butch Wax and a Butch cut to go with it. I've never forgiven my Dad for that!
