Busy Lizzie Cheshire Folk - music to your ears! (7) CHESHIRE FOLK - music to your ears! 13 Feb 11

Liz Rosenfield is back from her gap year as Festival Director for Middlewich Folk and Boat Festival and would like to share her new venture here on Mudcat.

Liz and the Team at 'Cheshire Folk' will be putting on a series of high quality music concerts and sessions across Cheshire over the summer.

Liz and the team kick off the series of concerts on May 20th

Fairport Acoustic Convention at the Royal British Legion

We have bands booked for May, June, July and August and provisionally September too and we are hoping to include performances from;

Rick Sanders, AHAB, Pierre Bensusan, Dick Gaughan, Andy Cutting and maybe Chris Wood and more - all dates and bookings still to be confirmed and subject to change at this stage - but we thought you like to know the range of artists we are booking for your listening pleasure.

Venues include, The Royal British Legion in Middlewich and Bickerton Village Hall for music weekends with Camping and others to be included.

See separate link for Fairport ticket details! Have a look!
