The cost depends on the school. If you're studying at a large university, it is a lot more than Community College. You can pay per semester. That's what I know so far. NSCC has a two-year music program that doesn't cost too much. When they first opened, they didn't have student housing on campus, but they're developing that. On the other hand, the other universities always had student housing. St.F.X. has a great music program. U.K. students might be able to work while studying, the same as a Canadian student in the U.K. I'll get back to you with some more info.
