There were some issues with an update version - people went back to 9 rather than 10.2

Symptoms included a blank white screen or inability to view at full screen. My system suffered for a while, the recommended cure was to reduce hardware acceleration in the video, but that was a partial solution.

After a few days it corrected itself so I guess a bug was fixed somewhere with an update. Some posts said it was related to old video cards - rubbish because a very old computer of mine was OK whereas a more modern one with a much faster card suffered the white screen symptoms.

As far as I know it is resolved with latest updates.
